  • You’ll have instant access to incident reports and behaviour records (like ABC Charts) whenever you need them, often through a QR code link.
  • If anything new pops up, we’ll make sure you’re alerted within 48 hours—because timely info leads to timely action.
  1. Sharing Data So We Can All Stay Aligned
    We don’t just want to give you the data—we want to make sure we’re all using it to plan the best possible support for the participant.
  • We’ll share all relevant data with you, and in return, we just ask that you share your insights and feedback with us too.
  • This way, we can all stay in the loop and keep things running smoothly for the participant.
